The organization is committed to establish opportunities for juniors to participate in Floorball and collaborates with GBFUA Youth Development to promote Floorball in London area. There are several schools in both north and south London which are looking into Floorball as a future part of their physical education. The Club is creating new links with Barnet Sports Partnerships and has recently applied a Club Link funding to initiate after school clubs in North London area and is continuously looking for additional funding streams.
